Our passion is to make urban spaces green and improve people’s lives by enjoying more of their time outdoors. We transform balconies, terraces, gardens, and indoor spaces into green heavens where humans and nature can become one. If you have bought plants and you need assistance with the planting, we are here to help. Alternatively, if you are struggling with choosing the right plants, we are happy to advise you and provide you with a list of the appropriate plants.
Types of Plants Available for Planting:
Annual Plants
Annual plants are the plants that complete their life cycle in one season and then die. The lasting period depends on the weather conditions and some plants survive longer or less according to the climate and temperatures of each season. Summer annual plants are growing from early spring until late summer. Winter annual plants are growing from autumn until late winter.
Trees & Shrubs
Trees and shrubs can give your garden a beautiful appearance. They provide spots of shade, privacy from neighbors, or even the production of tasty fruits. But the most important is that they clean the air by removing pollutants such as carbon dioxide and nitrogen dioxide. That means you can create your green oasis in your garden by keeping yourself and the environment healthy.
Vegetables
Vegetables grow well in containers but they tend to thrive in the ground or raised garden beds. Some of the benefits of raised beds are that there is enough space for the development of the roots, the soil warms up quicker during spring, and weeding or harvesting becomes easy. Also, in terms of organic gardening, vegetables can be planted in combination with some plants(herbs) that repel pests, minimizing the use of any harmful pesticides.
Herbaceous Perennials
Herbaceous perennials are plants with non-woody stems that are dying down during winter, their roots remain alive and produce growth the following year. We plant them in garden beds or borders during early spring and they provide the garden with beautiful colors all summer. Early autumn herbaceous perennial plants are starting to die, so they have to be pruned hard and remove all the dead stems and leaves.
Herbs
Herbs prefer mostly full sun positions and well-drained soils and can be grown either in pots, garden beds, or in combination with vegetables. They are propagated easily with seeds or cuttings. Herbs are used widely as ingredients in cooking, but also some people prefer to make them tea and use them for medicinal purposes
